Mechanical/Electronic Design

For this purpose, we utilise computer-aided design (CAD) through the adoption of specialised open-source software, including FreeCAD and KiCad. Our preference for open-source solutions is driven by our principles and our commitment to ensuring the utmost compatibility of the produced files.
Subsequently, we conduct numerical simulations to assess the various designs, allowing us to pinpoint and implement necessary enhancements at the earliest stage.
Programming
Subsequently, we progress to programming the entire system, adhering to the specifications established in the project design phase. We prioritise simplicity and efficiency by primarily utilising programming languages such as C++ and Python. This approach enhances flexibility, facilitating the customisation of the programme to meet your precise requirements.
Prototype Production
After the 3D plans receive validation, they form the foundation for crafting an initial prototype, crucial for the final validation of the design. This phase is facilitated by our team’s comprehensive mastery of various techniques, encompassing 3D printing, machining, electronics assembly, and battery configuration, among others.
Following rigorous testing and validation of the prototype, we advance to the production of the system in the designated quantities.
